This page outlines the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereafter the "Agreement") under which the Goals on Target service. (hereafter the "Services") and the GoalsOnTarget.com Web Site (hereafter the "Site") are provided to you for your use in entering and tracking your goal progress and building a network of active users from whose use of the Site you may earn revenue share.  DreamTime is a private company who have developed and own outright the Site known as “Goals on Target”.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of User carefully. By using the Site and/or the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and that you accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not want to be bound this Agreement, do not use this Site or its Services.

By agreeing to be bound by this Agreement you also agree that you have read and understand and agree with our Privacy Policy.

The term "GoalsOnTarget" shall include the parent company DreamTime their officers, agents, vendors and employees. GoalsOnTarget may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this web page. You should review this page periodically to reinforce your Agreement with Dreamtime, as it is binding upon you.

Account Information and Payment Policy 
You may cancel your account at any time. If you wish to continue your account with the GoalsOnTarget service, do nothing - your membership or account will continue without interruption. The use of the GoalsOnTarget service is free to anyone provided this Agreement is adhered to in full. To cancel your account please email admin@goalsontarget.com or call James Flynn on +44(0)7967 750439. Upon cancelation your account will be inactivated and you will be unable to login to the service again. Inactivation means that your contact details will be removed permanently from the system and if you wish to join GoalsOnTarget at a later date you must register for a new account and build your network from scratch.

The GoalsOnTarget service shares revenue generated from the site under certain conditions. These conditions are as follows:

1. User members can promote the site using a GoalsOnTarget ‘landing page’ that the user member is responsible for promoting and marketing through any or all of the free and paid for methods available in the ‘Network>Promotion’ section of the GoalsOnTarget site. 
   
2. The user member accepts all costs and time for promoting their landing pages is entirely of their own volition and cost. GoalsOnTarget has no liability whatsoever in these costs.

3. Users who sign up via any of your landing pages will be placed in level one of your network and may extend in an unlimited fashion horizontally. Users who sign up to any of your level one user’s landing pages will be placed on level two of your network. Users who sign up on any of your user’s level two landing pages will be placed in level three of your network and so on up to a valid network depth of seven levels beneath you. Each level has unlimited horizontal width for which you may be paid a revenue share subject to activity conditions. 
   
4. Goals on Target earn revenue from on site and in page advertising and affiliate links. All advertising is place in a tasteful and non obtrusive way and is targeted to the content on the page and therefore is relevant to the user. Clicking on the ads that are displayed on any and all pages is NOT conditional for use of GoalsOnTarget. We wish the user a normal web browsing experience and that the user will use the system in a natural manner and that users will behave no differently on GoalsOnTarget from the view point of ad clicking than they would on any other web site.
5. GoalsOnTarget pays out a 40% REVENUE SHARE generated from the GoalsOnTarget web site to its active user members according to the activity of the user’s networks. This activity is based on Network User Logins, NULs and duration of login. An ACTIVE NUL means a human being has physically logged into the system and viewed at least 2 pages during any session and spent at least 5 minutes during each login on the site.

6. In order to receive revenue share payments YOU must be an ACTIVE user of the GoalsOnTarget service. This means you must physically login to the system at least 10 times per month for at least 5 minutes and view at least 2 pages within the GoalsOnTarget web site. Your date and time of login and logout is recorded each time you use GoalsOnTarget for the purpose of tracking this. In order to support this you MUST use the Login form to log in and you MUST use the LOGOUT button in the top right of the screen. Failure to do so may inactivate your ACTIVE NUL session and result in non payment for that payment period.

7. You agree that in order to be eligible to receive payments from GoalsOnTarget you MUST have an active Paypal account. Signing up for a Paypal account is free and can be accomplished at http://www.paypal.com. We do not make payments by any other means whatsoever. This is our strict policy as it ensures that each member has been individually identified by PayPal.

8. Your monthly REVENUE SHARE payment is subject to a maximum of £3,000  per month and is calculated as follows:

1. The PAYMENT PERIOD is set from first day of the month to the last day of the month, inclusively.

2. The TOTAL number of PAYOUT USERS for the PAYMENT PERIOD is calculated in the entire network as follows:
   1. The total number of PAYOUT USERS who have met the ACTIVE NUL login criteria of at least ten logins during the PAYMENT PERIOD and two page views and 5 minutes on site.

3. For each PAYOUT USER identified in b. above the number of ACTIVE NULs in that user’s network is calculated as follows:
   1. The total number of ACTIVE NULs who have met the login criteria of at least ten logins during the period and two page views and 5 minutes on site down to seven levels in the network. Note that this is the total number of logins in a network and not just the network size.

4. The list of PAYOUT USERS is then arranged in descending order from the highest ACTIVE NUL to lowest ACTIVE NUL and then a % share of the OVERALL REVENUE PAYOUT is calculated for the TOP PAYOUT USER in the list.

5. The TOP PAYOUT USER % Payout is calculated as follows:
   1. PAYOUT = (PAYOUT USER %) X (REVENUE SHARE) and subject to a £3,000 maximum.
   2. The PAYOUT AMOUNT is then logged against the PAYOUT USER for payment and the REVENUE SHARE is reduced by this amount.
   3. The next PAYOUT is then calculated based on the next PAYOUT USER % and the NEW REVENUE SHARE.

This payment policy is designed to reward larger active networks whilst still providing an incentive to those with lower network sizes to promote their networks. The larger your network, the larger the payouts you can expect to receive.

Payments will be sent via Paypal within 14 days of the end of the payment period. 

9. If you are not interested in earning a second income from GoalsOnTarget then you have no restrictions as to the minimum number of times you must login or how you login and log out of the system.

10. The REVENUE SHARE system is subject to change on one months notice by email from GoalsOnTarget to the user.

Intellectual Property Rights 
Site content which includes but is not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, software and other materials are the sole property of GoalsOnTarget and DreamTime and is protected by UK copyright and international treaties. GoalsOnTarget gives you permission to view and download the Content on the Site for your personal and / or business use. Unauthorised use of the Content on GoalsOnTarget may infringe copyright, trademark and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark, and other proprietary notices contained in the Content on any copy you make of the Content. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the Content, or use it in any other way than for the purpose the GoalsOnTarget site is intended.

Acceptable Use of Goals On Target 
The Site and its Services are intended for individuals and businesses to manage goals and their tasks whilst earning a second income. The Site may be used only for lawful purposes within this context of GoalsOnTarget's intended and acceptable use. GoalsOnTarget holds the sole and exclusive right to interpret the meaning and definition of "acceptable use".

It is expressly forbidden to use GoalsOnTarget for any purpose associated with pornography, child abuse, terrorism or any crime against people, property or humanity. Accounts that are found to be associated in any way with such activities will immediately be reported to the enforcement authorities and may have their login’s de-activated without notice.

It is a strict condition of your use of the Site and Service, you agree that you will not use, plan, encourage or help others to use, plan or encourage the use of the Site for any purpose or in any way that is prohibited by this Agreement or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use GoalsOnTarget complies with This Agreement.

Security Rules 
Users are prohibited from circumnavigating or attempting to circumnavigate the security of the Site in any way whatsoever.  Any breach of security will be taken as attempted break in and or theft and will be reported to the enforcement authorities in your local area.

Infringement of these Security Rules may result in civil or criminal liability. GoalsOnTarget will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Username and Password 
You agree that you are responsible for the confidentiality of your information, username and password. You will be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether you authorised them or not. You agree to immediately change your password in the event of a suspected breach of your confidentiality.

Indemnification 
By using the Services you agree to indemnify and hold GoalsOnTarget harmless against any claims, actions, demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from this Agreement, your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Site and Services, the provision by you of any Content to the Site or other 3rd party career web sites, or the Agency Relationship. GoalsOnTarget shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you at your expense in their defence.

Release and Limitations of Liability 
You further agree to release GoalsOnTarget and DreamTime from any claims, demands and damages (actual, consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICES AND SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, INCOME, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR ACCESS TO, OR THE INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS, SITE AND THE CONTENT AND/OR ANY DOCUMENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE SERVICES AND SITE IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES OR U.S. STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THIS EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS HELD INAPPLICABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE SERVICES AND SITE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.

Warranties 
GOALSONTARGET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS SITE OR SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, GOALSONTARGET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR USE OF THIS SITE AND THE INTERNET IN GENERAL. THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GOALSONTARGET, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOALSONTARGET MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS AND LINKS.

Grants 
By submitting your Personal Information to the Site you automatically grant GoalsOnTarget the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, perform and display such Personal Information (in part or aggregated form that is not individually identifiable) or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without restriction or compensation.

General Provisions 
International Access: GoalsOnTarget makes no claims that the Content of its Site is appropriate or legal to be viewed by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site or Services from outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Partial Validity: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Equitable Relief: You understand and agree that due to the nature of This Agreement, in addition to money damages, GoalsOnTarget will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of this Agreement by you.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the courts in the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement: Except as expressly provided in a particular Legal Notice, Software License or other notices or Content published on the Site, these terms represent the entire binding Agreement between us, and our respective successors and assigns, and supersede any and all prior understanding, statements or representations, whether electronic, oral or written, regarding GoalsOnTarget, the Site, or Services.

Digital Admissibility: You hereby agree that a printed version of this Agreement and of any other notice given in electronic form by GoalsOnTarget or in the Site, which is based upon or relating to this Agreement, shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings and subject to the same conditions as other agreements, business documents or records originally generated, entered into, signed or maintained in printed form.
